Video Super-Resolution Benchmark: Evaluating Spatial Fidelity and Temporal Coherence Tradeoffs

This technical report presents a comprehensive benchmark evaluating the tradeoffs between spatial fidelity and temporal coherence in video super-resolution methods. The project analyzes state-of-the-art VSR techniques and proposes metrics for assessing both spatial quality and temporal consistency.
